So I love the JLT products. intake and catchcan are installed. Valve [edit] covers are removed. I think I want to leave them gone.... Yea? They clip on the fuel rail.

When you say Header Covers, I think you mean, Valve Cover, Covers....right? Or do the exhaust manifolds (does that thing have exhaust headers) have some sort of cover that you removed?
Did any of that make sense?

Nice, it looks good the way you have it. I hate the covers all over our 5.7L HEMI but the engine has weird clips and ugly wirokg harnesses snaking across the engine. That 6.4L looks slick.
